Role Description: Stage My Estate is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive at the EXECUTIVE level for Short Term Rental and Temporary Housing Services in Dubai. The role involves devising and implementing strategies to broaden the company's clientele and enhance revenue. Responsibilities include:

1. Scouting for new business prospects
2. Fostering and sustaining relationships with important stakeholders
3. Performing market research and analysis
4. Proposing deals to prospective clients

Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Timings: 11 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a BDM in Real Estate, Short Term Rental, and Temporary Housing Services is a must

Salary: 5K + Commission

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships

5. Knowledge of the cleaning and maintenance industry
6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
7. Experience with market research and analysis
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
9. Ability to work independently and within a team
