Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive performance improvement, transformation, and turnaround initiatives.
• Conduct rapid, data-driven analyses with a day-one-answer / answer-first approach (DD-style).
• Identify key business challenges and develop actionable recommendations for sustainable impact.
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement operational and strategic improvements.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Ensure project execution within tight deadlines, maintaining a structured and analytical approach.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, operational turnaround, or performance improvement projects.
• Preferred background in industrial or transportation sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
• High adaptability to fast-paced, results-oriented consulting environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel to the Middle East, with full accommodation and transportation provided.
• Knowledge of Arabic is not required but is considered an asset.
