About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Persian (Iranian) Chef to lead the kitchen in a modern Persian cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional Persian flavors while bringing a contemporary twist to classic dishes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a modern Persian menu while preserving authentic flavors.
  2. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  3. Source and use authentic Persian ingredients for an exceptional dining experience.
  4. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards according to UAE regulations.
  5. Work closely with management on menu innovation and seasonal offerings.
  6. Train and lead the kitchen team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Manage inventory, costing, and supplier relationships for Persian ingredients.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Persian Chef in a restaurant setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of traditional Persian dishes, including kebabs, stews (khoresh), saffron-infused rice dishes, and Persian pastries.
  3. Ability to create modern interpretations of Persian cuisine while maintaining authenticity.
  4. Experience in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management.
  5. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  6. Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations is a plus.
  7. Fluency in English and/or Farsi is preferred.
