Our client is a high-end pre-opening 5* venue on J1 Beach looking for Waiter and Runner.

5* restaurant experience is a must.

Front of House (FOH) staff members are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring the dining area is clean and orderly. FOH staff are the face of the restaurant and play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome and seat guests as they arrive.
2. Taking Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
3. Serving: Deliver orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
4. Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions, providing accurate change.
5. Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
6. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
7. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and promotions, to assist guests with their selections.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.
9. Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a must.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
