Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations, deal structuring, and resolving client issues.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the real estate industry with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 3 years in a sales management role.
