Responsibilities / Authorities

• Primary Functions
• Ensure all day-to-day transactions are accounted accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor banking and cash transactions regularly
• Regularly enter receipt entries into the system
• Account for payables on time and ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Ensure all costs are booked under the correct account and proper number
• Complete all bank reconciliations on time and obtain necessary authorizations
• Monitor and maintain Bank Guarantee and proper accounting of charges
• Follow all year-end closing procedures and ensure proper accounting treatments
• Review trial balance and AD50 profitability statement
• Ensure integrity processes are properly followed
• Prepare and control reports such as VAT Return, Income Tax Return, Stamp Duty, and Corporate Tax Return
• Carry out payments, reimbursements, and advances with authority from CCE
• Check all costs under authorization and obtain necessary approvals
• Check prepaid advances, follow up on supplier invoices, and close related accounts on time
• No entries should remain in suspense accounts related to group transactions
• Allocate Functional Costs and ensure all amounts are posted
• Ensure all costs are allocated related to verticalized Business units

HSE Requirements

• Comply with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, and client’s HSE procedures and practices
• Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard-free, and report any deviations/faults/hazards immediately
• Report any newly identified hazards and participate in devising suitable operational controls to eliminate/minimize risks
• Report any HSE incidents immediately and cooperate in investigations

Performance Monitoring

• Attend Professional Development Events such as conferences or workshops
