HR Executive – Group HR

We are currently looking to recruit an HR Executive to work from our Dubai based head office.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Group and Services, you will be responsible for providing extensive support to the HR Business Partners for all HR matters. Your main duties will include:

1. Monthly MIS: prepare statistical analysis on manpower costs, census reports etc. Prepare monthly reports, e.g. Number of vacancies, time to fill, ratio of rejections, internal recruitment ratio etc.
2. Projects: Support Sr. HRBP in all HR initiated projects for the Group, e.g. Work Levels.
3. Onboarding: Ensure all new joiners are welcomed to the organization, have a planned induction, and complete their induction successfully.
4. Offboarding: Ensure exit interviews are conducted and exit formalities are handled efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Human Resource, Business Management Degree

Minimum Experience:
Previous experience as a HR Executive
At least 2 Years UAE experience

Job-Specific Skills:
Excellent computer skills including fluency in MS office applications and working knowledge in SAP preferred,
