Waiter Waitress - Banquets

Summary: Provide exceptional service to guests during banquets and events by ensuring efficient and professional food and beverage service. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas and deliver a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages according to banquet/event specifications.
• Setup & Cleanup: Set up banquet areas including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.
• Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown including moving furniture and equipment as required.

Qualifications:

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
