Sustainability Consulting Manager

The services that we provide include developing sustainability strategies for public and private organizations, providing advisory services on net zero and decarbonization strategies, emissions management, sustainability reporting, climate risk management, sustainable tourism amongst others.

Role

The role of the Manager will involve managing sustainability projects across the MEA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forming long lasting relationships with clients supporting with business development, collaborating with various departments with JLL and cross selling the various services and supporting the SCON Head in admin related matters related to receivables and team related matters.

The Manager, Sustainability Strategy will support in executing sustainability and decarbonization engagements with large and high-profile clients predominantly developers, investors, property companies and global companies within MEA region.

What this job involves

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies, goals, and policies.
• Lead and manage sustainability projects, ensuring successful completion and achievement of targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business practices and processes.
• Monitor and analyze sustainability performance metrics; identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging sustainability practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives and progress for senior management.

Desired skills and experience for this

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
• Experience of 7-10 Years
• Proven experience in sustainability management or a similar role
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks, certifications, and reporting standards
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to think strategically and drive sustainability initiatives at an organizational level.
