We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in performance-related discussions and coaching.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports and metrics related to HR activities.
Skills Required to Fulfill the Position:
2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
