Job description

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building

  • Identify and target potential clients including corporates, individuals, and organizations for events such as weddings, conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and networking.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Promote the company's services including event planning, venue management, catering, and technical support to prospective clients.
  • Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

3. Market Research and Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts to clearly outline the scope of services, timelines, and payment terms.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with event planners, designers, and other internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Communicate client requirements effectively to the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
