We are seeking a Compliance Support Staff for a 1-year contract to assist our Compliance Team in handling administrative tasks and client documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients via phone and email to request necessary paperwork
Ensure all received documents are accurately processed and recorded in line with data protection regulations
Maintain organised records and assist with administrative tasks within the Compliance Team
Follow up with clients for outstanding documentation and provide status updates to internal teams
Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Entry-level position; prior experience in administration or customer service is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
High attention to detail; accuracy in handling sensitive documents is essential
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
Must have family/own sponsorship
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
