An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Procurement Officer to join our team in our Canberra site!
About Us
Electro Optic Systems (EOS) is currently searching for an experienced Technical Procurement Officer to join our supply chain team on a permanent full-time basis.
EOS is an ASX listed Australian technology company operating in the defence and aerospace markets. Our products incorporate advanced electro-optic applications based on EOS core technologies in software, laser, electronics, optronics, gimbals, telescopes and beam directors, and precision mechanisms. Responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement processes for technical products and services.
2. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements.
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
4. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in technical procurement.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of defence and aerospace industry standards.
