Due to the continued success of our new school GEMS Founders School Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Speech Therapist for March 2025.

About the Role:

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the communication, language, and learning needs of our students. Your expertise will ensure that students of determination are equipped with the skills and strategies needed to succeed socially and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the Inclusion team to develop and implement individualized plans.
3. Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
4. Provide training and guidance to Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to create a supportive learning environment.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with KHDA and school standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
2. DHA license.
3. Proven experience in a school or pediatric setting.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
