The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions and reporting for the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as the ability to maintain accurate financial records. The Accountant will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as the finance team and senior management, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling statements.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including monitoring and analyzing budget variances.
Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
