Müller's Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Business Development Executive to join our Managed Services division. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our services in a competitive market. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, showcasing our innovative managed services solutions, and building lasting partnerships that contribute to mutual success.
As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on identifying market trends, exploring new opportunities, and effectively promoting our offerings. Your ability to understand client needs and tailor our services accordingly will be instrumental in closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
Create and deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our managed services
Develop strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and objectives
Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
Network at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Collaborate with marketing teams to align initiatives with sales goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, particularly in Managed Services or IT
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build strong client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking opportunities
