Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain a robust client database, utilizing CRM systems to track interactions, preferences, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Provide tailored property presentations and virtual tours that highlight key features and benefits, enhancing client engagement and interest.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with their financial and personal goals.
  • Assist clients in understanding legal and financial aspects of property transactions, providing clarity on documentation and processes.
  • Stay updated on zoning laws, property values, and market conditions, delivering timely advice to clients on potential risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate property viewings and open houses, creating an inviting atmosphere that showcases the property’s strengths.
  • Build and nurture relationships with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers to provide comprehensive service.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including social media, online listings, and traditional advertising.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in market analysis and client engagement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, demonstrating a proven track record of successful transactions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse client needs and expand market reach.
