MEP Project Manager Lead

Job Overview

At LEAD Development, we are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and within-budget completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Consultant Engineer for MEP design activities and provide technical support to consultants.
• Cooperate with Design and Development teams to provide MEP technical solutions.
• Review and advise on cost estimation of works and materials.
• Ensure tenders received from bidders meet project specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated effective managerial capability in construction projects.
