About the Role

Elevate your career with Reckitt as our next Senior Supply Finance Analyst. Here, you'll be the financial cornerstone that keeps our supply chain robust and efficient. Your day-to-day involvement will range from budgeting to strategic analysis, ensuring our operations run seamlessly and cost-effectively.

Your Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage costs, and prepare budgets for plant, warehouse, and procurement operations.
2. Create regular financial reports and respond to ad-hoc requests from management.
3. Develop and implement projects aimed at enhancing cost savings and operational efficiencies.
4. Analyse manufacturing control data to optimise regional supply cost performance.
5. Collaborate with global and regional management for planning, tracking, and optimisation efforts.
6. Deep dive into the details of gross margin evolution within the supply cluster.

The Experience We're Looking For

1. Qualified Accountant with 2-3 years of experience post qualification.
2. Sharp analytical skills coupled with a results-focused approach and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage projects effectively and to improve business processes.
4. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
5. Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.
6. Skilled in strategic thinking and risk management, with a flair for engaging and influencing stakeholders.
