Quality Controller

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of reviewing all agreed repairs that have been completed to the required standard.
2. To carry out pre-diagnosis steps to ensure customer complaints are clearly identified prior to the vehicle entering the workshop.
3. Carry out daily quality control testing to ensure all performed work is to the highest standard.
4. Ensure the work is completed as per fulfilled quality inspection and passed by conducting road testing routines to achieve excellent engineering, safety, and comfort for the customers.
5. Return cars to reconditioning process in case any repairs were missed after the test drive/quality control.
