We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team and play a vital role in crafting exceptional engaging interfaces for our cutting-edge gaming platforms.
This is a position with relocation to Dubai, UAE.

AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, TS, JS, ReactJS, Redux, Less, Sass, Webpack.

• Be a Scrum Master with a focus on coaching the team towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, and decision-making where needed.
• Assist the management with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog.
• Identify and maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing.
• Lead project teams and coordinate key project-related activities.
• Determine and define, together with the team, project scope and objectives.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Measure project performance and report on their progress.
• Conduct risk analysis and management.

• BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in coordinating software projects and Agile teams in IT.
• Working experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• People-focused: empathetic, courageous, open, and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others.
• A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills.
• Strong familiarity with popular methodologies, especially from the Agile world (Scrum and Kanban) and best practices.
• Experience in the software full life cycle preferred.
• B1 English proficiency.
