Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible CNC Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery, programming the machine to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and sanding, and ensuring the machine produces high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret project plans and blueprints
2. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery and tools
3. Program the CNC machine to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and sanding
4. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure accuracy
5. Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining
6. Check raw materials for quality and quantity ahead of loading into machine
7. Follow all safety protocols and workplace policies
8. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a CNC operator in a woodworking environment
2. Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
4. Computer savvy with a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
5. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
6. A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
7. Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work overtime
8. High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
