The Sales Officer - Personal Finance is responsible for promoting and selling personal finance products to customers. They will be required to build strong relationships with potential clients and help them understand the benefits and features of the products offered by the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand customers' financial needs and propose suitable personal finance solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements with customers.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of loan applications and process loan disbursements.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer onboarding.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge of personal finance products and services.
