Office Administrator (Operations) / Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Sending replies/quotations to customers choosing lowest tariffs to particular destinations
  • Resolving payment difficulties
  • Making reports on our CRM platform

This job requires:

  • Good clerical background and proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
  • Good pronunciation to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently (quick learners)
  • Flexibility with time to ensure work is completed before leaving the office

We are located in Dubai, Al Qusais.

  • Available to join immediately (currently unemployed)
  • Have relevant work experience
