Office Administrator (Operations) / Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Sending replies/quotations to customers choosing lowest tariffs to particular destinations
- Resolving payment difficulties
- Making reports on our CRM platform
This job requires:
- Good clerical background and proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
- Good pronunciation to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work independently (quick learners)
- Flexibility with time to ensure work is completed before leaving the office
We are located in Dubai, Al Qusais.
