Customer Success Sales Manager

Reporting into the CRM Director as a Customer Success Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth. The role focuses on fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful onboarding, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, guiding customers to achieve their goals while aligning with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing all inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell DarGlobal portfolio of luxury properties.
• Drive sales growth by understanding client needs and aligning them with the company's offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create personalized strategies for each client.
• Support new clients during onboarding, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged with DarGlobal offerings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain engagement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prepare reports on client feedback and sales performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on client interactions and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer success, real estate sales, or luxury client management (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market, especially in off-plan properties.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer engagement tools.
