Job description

We are looking for a skilled Endpoint/End-user Support Engineer to support approximately 500 IT and developer end users across UAE and India. The ideal candidate will be based in the UAE and will play a key role in managing endpoint devices, end-user applications, and various IT systems. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong experience in endpoint management and end-user support.
  2. Proficiency in Azure Entra ID, Intune, and security policy implementation.
  3. Expertise in managing email systems (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).
  4. Knowledge of cloud resource management, including VMs, storage, and application registration.
  5. Familiarity with network management, including switching, routing, Wi-Fi, and NAT.
  6. Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell and Terraform.
  7. Basic knowledge of CCTV system management.
