Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top-tier talent to support the growth and success of our brokerage operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for real estate broker roles, administrative positions, and other business support functions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques including online platforms, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening of resumes, prescreening interviews, and assess candidates' suitability based on the requirements of the role.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring the company has access to a steady stream of potential hires.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring within the real estate sector.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to optimize recruitment efforts.
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Proven track record in recruiting for real estate roles.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
