Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Answer phones and greet visitors
  2. Schedule and coordinate staff
  3. Collate and distribute mail
  4. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  5. Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  6. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  7. Assist accounts and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  8. Coordinate repairs to office equipment

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proven admin or assistant experience
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

HR REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees.
  2. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  4. Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary information to the finance team.
  5. Support in organizing training and development activities.
  6. Assist with performance appraisal processes and recordkeeping.
  7. Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  8. Ensure smooth communication between HR and other departments.
  9. Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  10. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
