Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule and coordinate staff
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist accounts and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
HR REQUIREMENTS:
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary information to the finance team.
- Support in organizing training and development activities.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and recordkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR and other departments.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
