Job description

Always be dressed in a well-groomed presentable manner
Know the related section products and product features (Product Knowledge) and basic knowledge about other sections and products
Maximize conversion rate
Maintain stock level in dedicated sections as per space availability and item movement
Arrange the section according to the merchandising standards of the store/brand
Merchandise spectacle on arrival as per space availability and keep excess or balance stock in backup (Back store if available)
Help all departments upon requirement as and when it arises
Maintain cleanliness of Department/Section if required with the help of housekeeping staff
Update all section price pointers at any given time
Carry out all price revisions/changes, great value, and description changes with immediate effect and file a hard copy for future references
Attend to customers and understand their requirements
When a product is sold (last piece furniture), remove it from the shop floor with proper packaging and fill the space with new products.
