Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Doctor to join our team. As a Veterinary Doctor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various animal health conditions. You will perform surgeries, administer medications, and provide routine check-ups. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of animal biology and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose illnesses or injuries.
2. Develop and implement treatment plans for various animal health conditions.
3. Perform surgeries, including spaying and neutering, tumor removals, and orthopedic procedures.
4. Prescribe medications and provide proper dosages to animals.
5. Administer vaccinations and preventive care treatments.
6. Educate and advise pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
8. Collaborate with a team of veterinarians and veterinary assistants to provide comprehensive care.

Minimum Requirements

1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
2. Valid license to practice veterinary medicine.
3. Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and diseases.
4. Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pet owners and staff members.
