Mechanical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Electrical supervision of Data board, testing, inspection, coordination with inter departments, pre-commissioning, plant implementation, and field engineering.
2. Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
3. Confirm system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods, testing properties, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
4. Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
5. Prepare specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment.
6. Oversee project efforts to assure projects are complete satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
7. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
8. Plan projects' electrical layout as per project/client requirements.
9. Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Strategize, plan, administrate, and handle all facets of the company.
11. Monitor client matters and settle the same to ensure perfectly contented client services.
12. Provide the contractors of the company with daily inputs and creative suggestions regarding the installation methods and procedures.

Knowledge Of

• Methods, practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting, SCADA system repair.
• Equipment and processes of water and wastewater equipment like screens, clarifiers, and thickeners.
• Occupational hazards and standard safety precautions necessary in the workplace.
• Methods and practices used in the supervision and training of personnel.
• Awareness of international standards for electric installations.
