About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and support of network, desktop, and IT infrastructure across the organization. This role requires a strong technical leader who can manage IT operations, security, compliance, and user support while ensuring seamless technology functionality. The IT Manager will lead the IT Support Team, implement best practices, and manage network security and IT systems to align with The Entertainer's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management
   Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Support Team, ensuring high performance and technical expertise. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to support business objectives.
2. Network and Infrastructure Management
   Oversee network monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco switches for VLAN, routing, and switching. Manage Cisco wireless controllers, Fortinet firewalls, IPSec client VPNs, and site-to-site VPNs. Ensure network stability, performance, and security, conducting regular reviews and implementing preventive measures. Supervise Windows Active Directory Forest and Office 365 environments.
3. Security and Compliance
   Implement and manage endpoint security systems, EDR antivirus, and monitoring agents. Conduct security assessments for software deployments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain and manage ISO27001 compliance for IT security policies and procedures.
4. Systems and Application Support
   Oversee hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, and mobile users. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick recovery. Support Windows, Linux, Mac operating systems, and Avaya IP Office 500 VoIP systems.
5. Project Management
   Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Research, recommend, and implement new technology solutions to improve security, availability, and recovery. Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including network diagrams and policies.
6. User Support and Service Management
   Oversee the IT support ticketing system, ensuring efficient issue resolution and user satisfaction. Provide end-user training and support for IT systems and software. Set up, maintain, and monitor automated alerts and notifications for critical IT systems.

What We re Looking For

1. Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and desktop support.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Expertise in network configuration, security, and troubleshooting, particularly with Cisco and Fortinet products.
4. In-depth knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security systems.
5. Experience in leading IT projects and implementing new technologies.
6. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.
7. Ability to diagnose and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
8. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10. Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified System Administrator, CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet Certified Expert.
