Role Description
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, operations, warehousing, and technical teams.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the construction, hardware, and building materials sectors.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best cultural and skill fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Oversee job postings on portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visas, and recruitment compliance.
Office & HR Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized work environment.
- Manage contracts, employee records, and administrative functions related to recruitment.
- Support onboarding, training, and HR policies implementation.
Who You Are
Experience: 5+ years in recruitment within the UAE, ideally in construction or building materials sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring technical, sales, and operational roles in the construction industry.
Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and talent acquisition abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
