Role Description

Recruitment:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, operations, warehousing, and technical teams.
  2. Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the construction, hardware, and building materials sectors.
  3. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best cultural and skill fit.
  4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  5. Oversee job postings on portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
  6. Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visas, and recruitment compliance.

Office & HR Administration:

  1. Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized work environment.
  2. Manage contracts, employee records, and administrative functions related to recruitment.
  3. Support onboarding, training, and HR policies implementation.

Who You Are

Experience: 5+ years in recruitment within the UAE, ideally in construction or building materials sectors.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring technical, sales, and operational roles in the construction industry.

Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and talent acquisition abilities.

Tech-Savvy: Experience using job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
