Senior Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice, assessing client needs, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. This role requires a deep understanding of mortgage products, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
2. Advise clients on mortgage products, interest rates, and terms.
3. Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
5. Stay updated on market trends, mortgage regulations, and lending policies.
6. Work closely with real estate agents and financial planners to generate leads.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant mortgage laws and industry guidelines.
8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services.
3. Preferably from the mortgage or banking sector.
4. Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending policies.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
