Landscape Architect

Job Descrition:

• Creating conceptual visions for a variety of private and publicsector landscape architecture projects.
• Concept design development and provide cost estimating detail design services contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
• Management and production of project design drafting and detailing.
• Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
• Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations
• Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner
• Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates
• Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplined and multicultural environment.
• Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation.
• Cutting edge landscape design
• Strong graphic capabilities
• Attend client meetings and inhouse meetings.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment

Qualification:

• A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.
• 812 years of work experience
• A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles practice work requirements and construction methods.
• CMLI / IFLA registration and internationally recognized accreditation preferred
