General Helper and Store Helper Vacancy in Dubai, UAE

We urgently need General Helpers for our Cold Storages in Dubai. Candidates should have prior experience in Loading, Unloading, Packing, Scanning & Sorting. Candidates willing to work in shifts should only apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month (Accommodation & Transportation)

Store Helper Job Summary:

We’re seeking a store helper to join our group with expertise in a similar field. The applicant should support contribution collection by driving a truck and loading, transporting, and moving donations into the vehicle, as well as unloading them at the storehouse.

1. Assist in monitoring and taking inventory on a regular basis to compile orders and maintain stock levels to ensure stock availability and inventory control.
2. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation. Ensure necessary signatures are secured if the Storekeeper is not available.
3. Assist and verify all goods arrived as per the approved purchase order.
4. Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
5. Ensure the quantity and quality requested in store always matches with the item issued.
6. Responsible for any missing inventory and immediately report in case of occurrence.
7. Assist in inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies. Notify immediately the Storekeeper to report to the Purchase Officer for item replacement and/or Credit Note. Report those to accounting for record keeping.
8. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with safety procedures.
9. Basic computer knowledge is required.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
