Senior PHP Software Engineer - Laravel Specialist

The Senior PHP Software Engineer - Laravel Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel framework. They must have a strong understanding of software development principles and be proficient in PHP programming. This role requires expertise in Laravel framework and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using PHP and Laravel framework.
3. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
4. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and develop appropriate solutions.
5. Optimize application performance and recommend improvements.
6. Develop APIs and integrate external services into web applications.
7. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support.
8. Stay updated on emerging PHP and Laravel trends, tools, and technologies.
9. Participate in the planning and estimation of software development projects.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in PHP web development, with a focus on Laravel framework.
3. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
4. Experience with database systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
