Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in mechanical repairs within the maritime industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
