Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Sell new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic and financial targets.
- Remain abreast of developments within the exhibition industry, especially sales innovations.
- Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
- Contribute to the preparation of all sales promotions material.
- Provide leadership and training to the Sales team.
- Contribute to the development of prospects to encourage visitor promotion.
- Expand and develop exhibition database.
- Contact possible new markets to get exhibitors.
- Floor plan management.
- Sales budget management and control to ensure achievement of revenue and targets.
- Coordinate with the Operation and Marketing team to assure the exhibition is of the highest standard.
- Produce new sales initiatives for maximum client retention and acquisition.
- Delivery of all sales-related financial revenues and targets.
- Develop new sales innovations and programs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Effective target setting, tracking, and delivery across all sales bands.
- Effective management of sales agents and national associations networks.
- Implement key account strategy and program capabilities.

- Proven experience as an exhibition Sales Manager or relevant role.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial sector or B2B events.
- Experience in the exhibition industry is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to events and conferences.
