Job Description:

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  1. Focus on generating new, upsell and cross-sell revenue from business accounts across the METNA region.
  2. Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals.
  3. Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities using various channels.
  4. Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships.
  5. Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals.
  6. Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (we use Salesforce).
  7. Work collaboratively with Account Exec team to develop and strengthen pipeline.

You should apply if you have:

  1. Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored.
  2. Fluent Arabic Language skills, based in UAE region.
  3. Desire to pursue sales as a career and aptitude to learn and apply sales techniques.
  4. Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone, leading and persuading and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting.
  5. Display presence and interpersonal skills.
  6. Demonstrates leadership and contribution to a collaborative team.
