Position Overview: Oliver Wyman is now looking to hire a Senior Knowledge Manager, Government and Public Institutions (GPI) to join our Dubai office.

Oliver Wyman is a trusted advisor to governments & public institutions around the world. We advise leaders across all levels of government on developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Our work spans the spectrum of societal issues, including economic development, cost management, tax, security, labor, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the strategy and executing best in-class knowledge management.
• Managing the synthesis and codification of intellectual capital.
• Connecting people to experts, expertise, and insights efficiently.
• Managing the capture, classification, storage, and dissemination of GPI knowledge.
• Ensuring the knowledge platform is well maintained and looking for ways to increase usage.
• Identifying leading OW experts and credentials in support of business development activities.
• Managing content gaps and hot topics within GPI.

Attributes and Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in knowledge management, research, or business development within the Government and Public Institutions sector.
• Intellectual curiosity in exploring various topics pertinent to public sector clients.
• Understanding of ME public sector challenges and major transformation trends.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic fluency is helpful.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program with a strong GPA.
• Strong and proactive client service mindset.
• Aptitude and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams).
