Assistant Product Manager
Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Support in designing, launching, and managing retail banking products.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Interface with Sales, Credit, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Business Intelligence functions.
- Assist in providing a roadmap for Product Lifecycle Management.
- Assist in the process of marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Conduct product performance metrics and identify trends.
- Support in conducting training and providing sales tools for new product and promotion launches.
The Successful Applicant- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within retail banking.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in finance or a related field.
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (Conventional and Digital Products).
- Understanding of Retail Banking Products and Policies.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market research and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- This is an Emiratisation role.
