ASTUDIO, a one-stop-shop digital creative agency, is looking to employ a full-time highly-strategic Senior Business Development Manager with experience in ad or marketing agency.

We are looking for a great creative mind to grow, develop, and offer strategic solutions for our clients. You will need to identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services - and keep abreast of changes in the business world.

You will also be responsible for the overall setup of the sales department and grow businesses by researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and arranging appointments. Efficient collaboration with the creative team to ensure that client requirements are met will be part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and setting a sales strategy focused on financial gain.
• Meeting and exceeding targets and budgets.
• Managing clients in different sectors: luxury, fashion, tourism, governmental sector.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Developing quotes and proposals for the clients.
• Pitching and developing winning proposals to gain new businesses.
• Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience in UAE is a must.
• Experience in managing clients in the governmental sector is a big plus.
• Relevant experience in ad/marketing agency is a big plus.
• Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems.
