Job Description:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines for road and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any delays or issues and proposing solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in civil engineering or related field.
- Professional qualifications or certifications in project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in road and infrastructure planning and project management.
- Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the local road and infrastructure industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Primavera P6 and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Has worked in multi-million value Roads and Infrastructure projects in Dubai.
