Job Description:

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula that foster holistic development in young children.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest early years education methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and involvement in school activities.
• Facilitate collaborative play and group activities that enhance teamwork and interpersonal skills among students.
• Ensure the classroom meets health and safety standards while creating an inviting and stimulating space.
• Incorporate technology in the classroom to enhance learning experiences and prepare children for the digital age.
