Repton Abu Dhabi is a prominent school on Reem Island in the heart of 'new Abu Dhabi'. We follow a British independent school curriculum which incorporates elements of the English Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 Curriculum but allows highly skilled teachers to develop a curriculum for an international environment.

Play underpins the Early Years Foundation Stage and all aspects of children's development. Through play, children develop language skills, their emotions and creativity, social and intellectual skills. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a deep commitment to inspiring and challenging all learners
• Utilises strong subject knowledge to plan and deliver engaging, effective, and impactful lessons
• Skilled in designing lessons that encourage all students to think deeply and engage purposefully in their learning
• Strong ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of an inclusive student community
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• Reflective and proactive in their practice, continuously seeking professional growth and development
• Effective in managing time and workload, demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm in a dynamic school environment

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelors of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism
• Experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum / international
• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience is preferable
