Job Description

Maintenance Management:

1. Oversee the maintenance department to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of all equipment and machinery.
2. Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules for factory machinery and fixed assets.
3. Monitor maintenance costs and ensure cost-effective repair and maintenance solutions.

Operational Support:

1. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide permanent, efficient solutions.
2. Collaborate with manufacturing, filling, packing, QC, and R&D teams to support operational efficiency.
3. Manage and optimize inventory for spare parts, tools, and equipment based on factory requirements.

Safety and Compliance:

1. Ensure all machinery complies with health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
2. Conduct training sessions for workers to ensure proper machine operation and adherence to safety protocols.
3. Maintain updated maintenance records and procedures to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements, including upgrades to machinery and workflows.
2. Provide recommendations for factory and equipment optimization to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
2. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the cosmetics, toiletries, or FMCG sector.
3. Strong technical expertise in machinery diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
4. Knowledge of health, safety, and GMP regulations.
5. Proficiency in SAP or similar systems for tracking maintenance activities and inventory.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

1. Maintain confidentiality regarding all factory and maintenance-related matters.
2. Be proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements in maintenance processes.
