He will help us in developing new products, scaling them up in the plant, and identifying customers in new markets like SE Asia for these products.

Job Summary:

He will help us in developing new products, scaling them up in the plant, and identifying customers in new markets like SE Asia for these products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the commercial technical directives for existing product lines and needs for alternate materials and or new product activities in conjunction with business priorities.
2. Idea generation / picking up ideas towards the creation of a new project.
3. Hold discussions with stakeholders to identify specific projects to be taken up for development work.
4. Supervise pilot trials/plant batches for new product development.
5. Standardize specifications and test methods for raw materials and finished products.
6. Provide updates through regular issuance of written and verbal reports, including monthly updates.
7. Process enhancements & improvements.
8. Ability to conduct training.
9. Customer centricity.

KPIs

1. New product development.
2. Scale up of above-mentioned product in the plant.
3. Optimize/reduce cost of current products – Alkyd & Acrylic Polyol.
4. Identifying customers and support sales team for selling new products.
5. Customer satisfaction.

Work Experience Requirement

10-15 years’ experience in resin manufacturing for paint and coating industries.
