Job Description:

As a NOC Field Engineer Level 1, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys, installing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of remote sites. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site surveys for new remote sites, prepare detailed reports, and submit them to the LM Team.
2. Arrange and transport materials from vendor warehouses to customer offices. Configure Firewall (FW) and HSE equipment, and deliver the complete setup to new sites.
3. Install, rack, stack, and cable remote site equipment. Label and power on devices, and configure site parameters as per design specifications.
4. Communicate with the LM NOC team to perform CPE onboarding activities.
5. Conduct EZE testing in collaboration with Core Network Maintenance, LM NOC, and site teams.
6. Document work notes in the Asset Management workflow for LM NOC operation tracking. Use site laptops to update status and progress.
7. Facilitate remote site acceptance with customers.
8. Troubleshoot remote site faults and handle Trouble Tickets (TT) as per established protocols.
9. Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) for remote sites as per the maintenance plan.
10. Be available for shift duties, including 24/7 and 365-day coverage as required.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of networking equipment, cabling, and configuration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
