Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically in pastry and bakery roles. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in various baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert presentation. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
